
If you Google "diet" you are most likely to see a paid advertisement for a dieter's tea, like the 'Wu-Yi Source'. The Wu-Yi Tea Diet that claims to promote easy weight loss and be a weight loss miracle.
Wu-Yi teas may also be referred to as Wu-long or Oolong.
It's benefits include being a semi-oxidized counterpart of green tea, having been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for decades. In scientific tests Wu-Yi tea plays a role in the oxidation of fat molecules without any side effects, making it a great weight loss tea.
Some sources claim that it will improve mind and body, will promote tooth strength, boost the immune system and even clear up troubled skin. One review stated that it removed all built up tartar from her teeth.
There are many claims that the 'Wu-Yi Source Tea' is the tea that actually works for weight loss, better then any other brand. This may be true but make sure to buy the 'true' brand not some of the other brands that are over-priced and may not be the real thing.
Others claim that it had no affect on them and saw no improvements.
So the question remains, does Wu-Yi tea work? What is the truth about the Wu-Yi tea diet?
I guess it will be up to the individual to decide if it works for them or not. Be sure not to buy any cheap, fake or un-pure brands as you will not see any benefits from these Wu-Yi teas, if you do see any at all.
