It increases muscle energy so you can lift more, more often.
Creatine should be taken for four weeks with a two weeks resting period.
A few different types of creatine are: pure creatine monohydrate, liquid creatine and micronized creatine.

Glutamine for Bodybuilding


Glutamine should not be taken at the same time as creatine.

L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid found in muscle tissue. It helps to prevent muscle degeneration and helps in muscle repair. L-Glutamine is also used as a natural bodybuilding supplement.
